Sewer Line Replacement

21 Years Of Experience With Traditional Sewer Line Replacement

Traditional sewer line repair is what most people probably think of when they first realize they need to call us in. This is the “old” way of doing it, and it is a bigger and longer process if we do go this route. Traditional sewer line replacement or repair requires us to dig up your entire old sewer line from your house to your city sewer line.

We do offer CIPP or trenchless line repair, which is our most often used solution, but there are times when the traditional method is needed. If your sewer line has collapsed or if your pipe has become severely off grade we might be looking at traditional sewer line replacement as your only option. No matter what your individual situation is, we won’t know what our options are until after we televise the line to find exactly what your problem is.

If the situation calls for it, we are experts at traditional sewer line repair as that was the way we did it for years before starting Precision Lining & Sewer. We will prepare your yard for the excavation of your old sewer line, we will bring in our equipment and get started as soon as possible to fix your sewer problems. This process takes closer to 2-3 days and will possibly require us to remove pavement, sidewalks, landscaping, and possibly any young trees that might be in the way. Don’t worry, while it is not as convenient as CIPP, it is a fairly standard and easy processes for us to complete. We will make sure that the process goes as smooth as possible for you in order to get your home or business back to normal as quickly as possible.
